Billing Information
All items will be billed in US$. Walletex accepts VISA and MasterCard.
The products prices are net to Walletex. Walletex is not responsible for any import taxes, duties or custom brokerage fees.
Delivery Information
If the order received by Walletex, the customer will receive an order confirmation with Order tracking number.
Orders received for products in stock will be shipped within 7 business day from received order date.
Orders received for products that are temporary out of stock will be charged not earlier than 7 business days before shipment.
Shipment Information
Walletex will ship the product from its facilities in Israel or China/Hong Kong by courier to the shipment address provided in the order.
**We send you our products using courier services. In order to make sure you'll be hand-delivered, please avoid addresses such as P.O Box number.
Return Policy
Walletex extends a 30-day (from shipment date) money back guarantee (less shipment and handling cost) on products purchased online, provided that the customer has shipped the product back to Walletex in its original packaging, and have sent a cancellation order email to sales@walletex.com with all order details (order number, type and number of units, credit card type and number customer name, address, email address, phone number)
